DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Deliveries are not made to PO Box addresses (including APO/FPO addresses). 

We deliver from Monday till Friday, except public holidays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your right of retraction

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused and complete merchandise within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

 

Return instructions

• Please complete the return form. Within 3-5 business days we will email you with further instructions.
• Pack the item to be returned to prevent damage while in transit (only return unused items in original packaging).
• Provided you have respected all the above return requirements, we will issue you a refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs. The refund will be issued to you within 14 days of receiving your return form. 

Only products purchased on this website can be returned.

 

Defective products

Please inspect the shipment upon delivery. If necessary, please follow the instructions as indicated above. If the product has a material or production defect, or if we have delivered the wrong goods, we will cover the return costs.
